Windows 10: The insider’s view
Last night we kicked off the launch of Windows 10 with a bang! We thanked Windows 10 fans and insiders across the UK by inviting them to a celebration at the iconic, Old Billingsgate on the River Thames.
Guests enjoyed an array of interactive experiences from Microsoft and partners, from driving an Intel F1 simulator to practicing their golf swing with Microsoft Band. There were Windows 10 demos at our very own Hardware Café, an immersive Minecraft Park area and a visual DJ set by Alan “Appo” Appleton using the “game changing”, Emulator ELITE, powered by Windows.

Michel Van der Bel, Managing Director, Microsoft UK, personally thanked the fans saying: “We are here to celebrate a fantastic launch of Windows 10. I would really like to thank all of the insiders that really helped us to test, build and make this a great great success. Thanks Insiders!”
