Arsenal to beat Manchester United this weekend as Chelsea move closer to lifting the trophy, Bing predicts
Arsenal are expected to walk away from the Emirates with a victory against fierce rivals Manchester United this weekend, Bing has predicted.
Microsoft’s search engine gives the Gunners a 55% chance of netting a win, while José Mourinho’s men have been given just an 18% chance of victory.
The win won’t result in any positional changes, however. Thanks to their loss against Spurs in the North London derby last weekend, Arsenal will remain in sixth place, two points below United.
Arsène Wenger stated ahead of the game that “We focus on our performance. I don’t know what Manchester United will do. We know anyway they have a massive squad with quality players and only a top performance will get us the win we want.”
The table remains static above both teams, with Liverpool, Tottenham and Chelsea all slated expected to win their games against Southampton, West Ham, and Middlesbrough respectively.
With around four games left in the season, Chelsea’s victory will keep them just ahead of Spurs, who are expected to remain a mere four points behind the current leaders.
The only two teams to move up the table after this weekend’s predictions are Bournemouth and Leicester City, who are expected to win their matches against Stoke and Watford, respectively.
Southampton’s predicted loss against Liverpool will see them move down the table, from ninth to 11th place, while the win will help stabilise Liverpool’s spot in third.
Elsewhere in the table no movement is to be expected, as all teams remain in their current positions – leaving Swansea, Middlesbrough and Sunderland firmly in the relegation zone.
Bing creates its predictions using a complex algorithm that analyses player performance.
