Chelsea to increase lead at top of Premier League as Liverpool and Tottenham stumble, Bing predicts

Chelsea will move one step closer to the Premier League title this weekend by extending their lead at the top to 10 points, Bing has predicted.

Tottenham, who are currently second in the table and have lost 15 of their past 24 Premier League visits to Anfield, have a 42% chance of drawing against Liverpool – an outcome which will put both teams at 51 and 47 points, respectively.

With Chelsea expected to pick up three points against Burnley, Antonio Conte’s Blues will be resting comfortably at the top with 62 points, with Manchester City moving up to second place with 52 points, after their expected win against Bournemouth on Monday.

Arsène Wenger’s Arsenal – still the most searched-for team online – are expected to remain in fourth place after a comfortable will against Hull, having won seven out of the past eight matches between both teams. Hull did, however, pick up a surprise win against Liverpool last week, although their chances of victory at the Emirates remain incredibly low, at 15%.

Further down the table, the relegation zone will remain unchanged, with Crystal Palace and Sunderland staying below Hull. Palace and the Black Cats are expected to lose their respective matches against Stoke and Southampton this weekend.

Bing’s other stats show that Conte remains the most-searched manager, with Tony Pulis retaining second place.

Manchester United’s record-breaking striker Wayne Rooney is once again the most searched-for player, followed by Stoke’s Saido Berahino, whose search popularity soared follow his move from West Brom.

Bing has created its predictions using a complex algorithm that analyses player performance.
