Fallout Shelter and Spheroids: the latest games you should play this weekend
If you’re planning to be productive this weekend, you might want to turn away now. With the incredibly addictive Fallout Shelter release for Windows 10 (not to mention updates to heavy-hitters like Minecraft and Forza 3 Horizons, you’ll be hard pressed to do anything but play.
Fallout Shelter
Fallout Shelter puts you in control of a state-of-the-art underground Vault from Vault-Tec. Build everything from lodgings to kitchens, power stations and gyms, and everything in between. Train your Dwellers’ skills, arm them against enemies, and watch them thrive and multiply, as they master the art of underground survival. You can even select the bravest and strongest to go out into the wastelands above to explore and gather supplies. Though they might not find it easy…

Forza Horizon 3 (Playseat Car Pack Update)
This latest add-on to Foraza Horizons 3 introduces seven new cars for you to collect, race, and customize, including the 2017 Aston Martin DB11, 2016 Honda Civic Type R, 2016 Cadillac ATS-V, 2016 Vauxhall Corsa VXR, 1985 HDT VK Commodore Group A, 1990 Renault Alpine GTA Le Mans, and 1970 Honda S800. Once the pack is purchased, you are granted a one-time only, free addition of each car to your (sadly virtual) garage, with no additional in-game credit cost. Definitely one for petrol heads to savour this weekend.

King of Thieves (Update)
This unique multiplayer platformer with more than 24 million users around the world sees you break into enemy dungeons and stealing all the treasure you can carry – without getting caught, of course. The latest update introduces totems which allow you to stay in dungeons a little longer. Keep an eye out for the Valentine’s Day event too. Who knows what shiny things await your loot bag…

Spheroids
In Spheroids you take control of Lucas, a jumpy energetic Canadian boy who sets out on a side-scrolling adventure with his crazy scientist companion Otto after they discover that the government has been hiding alternative universes from the cubic world they live in. Unfortunately, these alternative universes contain spheres that wish to turn everything round, so it’s up to Lucas to save the world from these dangerous sphere-shaped aliens – fittingly called Spheroids.

Everyone’s favourite blocky open world adventure game is about to get a whole lot sweeter, thanks to the latest candy texture pack update. From lollipops and cotton candy, to gingerbread houses and a whole lot more, its syrupy goodness should warm even the coldest of sugar-free hearts.
