Microsoft UK appoints Matt Hendra as General Manager for Customer Success

Microsoft UK has appointed Matt Hendra as new General Manager for Customer Success in the UK, starting on 1 January 2025.

Matt joins the UK team from Asia where he has been a key a member of their Leadership Team. 

Commenting on the appointment, Clare Barclay, CEO, Microsoft UK, said: “I’m delighted to welcome Matt as the new General Manager for Customer Success. 

“He brings a wealth of experience that will prove invaluable in this role, which is only growing in importance as businesses accelerate their adoption of AI at scale.”

The organisation plays a pivotal role in ensuring that Microsoft UK customers achieve success through the effective use of the company’s technologies, whether that’s helping them migrate their data and workloads to Azure Cloud or enhance their productivity through the best use of Microsoft 365 Copilot.
