Perception and Refunct: the latest games you should play this weekend
The latest set of games to hit the Windows Store this week serves up everything from a soothing obstacle-laden world designed to help you relax and unwind, to dinosaur-riding, rocket-wielding explosive mayhem (and everything in between):
Refunct
Refunct is a first-person platformer that sees you jumping off walls, pipes, lifts and springboards, with the occasional acrobatic slide, too. A soothing soundtrack, coupled with vibrant visuals and no-pressure gameplay makes this the ideal game to wind down after a hectic, stressful week.

Air Guitar Warrior Gamepad Edition
Air Guitar Warrior is a manic, colourful part-scrolling-shooter, part-music-game, which sees you control the music. Shoot bullets, lasers and lightning from your air guitar while riding dinosaurs, sharks and jet-powered crocodiles. If that wasn’t enough, you’ll be smashing vikings, aliens, demons and flying skulls for good measure.

Air Missions: Hind
This action combat flight simulator is based on the Russian Mi-24 Hind assault helicopter, also known as the Flying Tank. With UPK 23 machineguns, GUV gunpods, FAB bombs and a variety of missiles, you’ve got plenty of ways to defeat enemies in 15 missions – along with a multiplayer mode to pit your skill against other players.

A Hole New World
The city is being invaded by monsters from the Upside Down World. Naturally, you, the Potion Master, must defeat evil all alone, with no tutorials or Easy Mode to assist you. You’ll have to rely on the help of Fäy, your companion fairy, and your potions – and perhaps a bit of luck, too – complete with arcade-style jumping/shooting action and gigantic bosses to keep you entertained from start to finish.
