Rider Levett Bucknall chooses Microsoft 365 and Dynamics 365 across its European and Middle Eastern operations to support global collaboration and productivity

Rider Levett Bucknall UK (RLB UK), the global construction, property and management consultancy, has selected Microsoft to support its continued digital transformation journey.

RLB UK, which worked on a project for London City Airport (above), will adopt Microsoft 365 and Dynamics 365, including Teams, Power Apps and Project Operations, to enhance collaboration, productivity and deal management in the delivery of global activity.

The move, which was supported by Microsoft partner Power Objects, will also see RLB continue to lead the way in showcasing digital best practice in its sector.

Matt Sharp, Chief Information Officer at RLB UK, said: “With 4,000 employees and projects across the globe, we need to enable our teams to work together seamlessly, with tools that empower their creativity and passion for RLB customers. Microsoft’s solutions will enable us to consolidate a number of processes into a single, easy-to-manage, agile platform that can meet the needs of a hybrid workplace and help our business unlock future growth.”

Microsoft’s tools will improve the day-to-day tasks for many RLB employees, simplifying their tasks and freeing up their time for more activities that add significant value to the business. Collaboration tools will ensure that work can be completed and shared from locations across the world.

Microsoft Dynamics 365 Project Operations, for example, will connect teams from initial quote to project accounting within a single application to win more deals, accelerate delivery, empower employees and maximize profitability.

This is all supported by Defender, which enables the IT team to focus on critical alerts, improving RLB’s ability to detect and respond to cyber threats.
